Bhutan Receives Annual Special Travel Destinations Award

Bhutan, the enchanting Himalayan kingdom, received yet another well-deserved accolade as it was honoured with the prestigious 'Annual Special Travel Destinations' award at the illustrious 2023 Voyage Magazine Award Ceremony. This esteemed event, which celebrates remarkable achievements in the realms of travel, hospitality, lifestyle, and exceptional destinations was held on January 31st, at Park Hyatt Hotel in Beijing, China.

Bhutan Gains Popularity As A Unique Travel Destination in China

For Bhutan, this recognition signifies not only a momentous achievement but also a testament to its enduring charm and appeal as a unique travel destination. The 'Annual Special Travel Destinations' award serves as a reminder of Bhutan's unwavering commitment to providing travellers with an extraordinary and culturally enriching experience. Bhutan Gains Popularity As A Unique Travel Destination in China

What makes this acknowledgment even more significant is that it marks Bhutan's second tourism award in China. In December 2023, the Kingdom was bestowed the 'Outstanding Destination Excellence Award' from National Geographic Traveler China. It highlights the country's growing popularity and resonance with Chinese travellers who are increasingly drawn to Bhutan's pristine landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and sustainable tourism practices.
